Activitatea mea de profesor la \u0219coala din Z\u00e2mbreni nu mi-a oferit careva surprize sau mari dificult\u0103\u021bi. Aici, \u00eens\u0103 am \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba de mai departe aspiram cu totul la altceva: ceea ce sem\u0103nase \u00een sufletele noastre facultatea prin profesorii ei \u2013 imaginea miraculoas\u0103 a \u0219tiin\u021bei, tainele c\u0103reea s\u0103 le cucerim prin studii suplimentare \u0219i munc\u0103 de zi cu zi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Performan\u021ba \u0219i excelen\u021ba academic\u0103 sunt apreciate \u0219i la mare c\u0103utare. Absolvirea USM-ului v-a marcat via\u021ba profesional\u0103?<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La Universitatea de Stat din Chi\u0219in\u0103u am scris lucrarea de diplom\u0103 sub conducerea ilustrului savant academicianul Constantin Sibirschi, care mi-a l\u0103sat o urm\u0103 de neuitat asupra inten\u021biilor mele de mai departe \u00een via\u021b\u0103 prin invita\u021bia de a participa la Seminarul \u0218tiin\u021bific \u201eTeoria Calitativ\u0103 a Ecua\u021biilor Diferen\u021biale\u201d, pe care l-a fondat \u00eempreun\u0103 cu profesorul Boris \u0218cerbacov \u00een 1960. C\u00e2nd m-am desp\u0103r\u021bit de Universitate \u00een 1971 \u0218eful Catedrei de Ecua\u021bii Diferen\u021biale, profesorul Boris \u0218cerbacov, mi-a zis \u201eDac\u0103 dore\u0219ti sa-\u021bi continui studiile sub conducerea academicianului Constantin Sibirschi, str\u0103duie\u0219te-te s\u0103 frecventezi seminarul condus de el la universitate,\u201d Pe parcursul anului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt acest seminar cu tematica ecua\u021biilor diferen\u021biale era convocat odat\u0103 la dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, joia, la ora 16. Timp de trei ani am frecventat acest seminar fiind \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103tor la \u0219coala din satul Z\u00e2mbreni, ce se afla la 15 km distan\u021b\u0103 de la Chi\u0219in\u0103u. \u00cen toamna anului 1974 am fost \u00eenmatriculat la aspirantura (azi doctorantura) Institutului de Matematic\u0103 cu Centru de Calcul (actuala denumire Institutul de Matematic\u0103 \u0219i Informatic\u0103 \u201eVladimir Andrunachievici\u201d), unde activez de la 7 ianuarie 1975 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent. Aici, la Institutul de Matematic\u0103 \u0219i Informatic\u0103 \u201eVladimir Andrunachievici\u201d am activat mai mult de 45 de ani, dintre care 19 ani &#8211; Secretar \u0218tiin\u021bific, 7 ani &#8211; Vice director \u0219i 4 ani \u2013 Director al acestei institu\u021bii. De la 1 Aprilie 2010 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent sunt Cercet\u0103tor \u0218tiin\u021bific principal. La aceast\u0103 Institu\u021bie am sus\u021binut tezele de doctor \u0219i doctor habilitat, am devenit profesor universitar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Tinere\u021bea \u0219i studen\u021bia sunt perioade absolut extraordinare, dinamice \u00een via\u021ba unui om. Ce amintiri ave\u021bi Dumneavoastr\u0103 din anii de studen\u021bie din cadrul Universit\u0103\u021bii de Stat din Moldova?<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Amintiri sunt multe, dar a\u0219 vrea s\u0103 eviden\u021biez doar una din ele, ce mi-a l\u0103sat o impresie de neuitat. Aceast\u0103 amintire este legat\u0103 de marele nostru matematician \u0219i savant, profesorul Valentin Belousov, care ne-a \u021binut cursul de algebr\u0103 superioar\u0103 la anul \u00eent\u00e2i. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd m-a frapat limbajul s\u0103u matematic foarte lapidar. Dac\u0103 ai fi omis m\u0103car un cuv\u00e2nt din afirma\u021biile matematice, f\u0103cute de el la lec\u021bie, descopereai c\u0103 acestea \u00ee\u0219i pierdeau sensul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00cen arealul cercet\u0103rii din cadrul fostei URSS el este fondatorul \u0218colii \u0219tiin\u021bifice de teoria quasigrupurilor \u0219i a buclelor. Dezvolt\u00e2nd \u00een mod substan\u021bial aceast\u0103 direc\u021bie \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103, el s-a afirmat ca un algebraist de notorietate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 De personalitatea lui este legat\u0103 o \u00eent\u00e2mplare, care-mi st\u0103ruie \u0219i acum \u00een memorie. \u00cen semestrul II al anului \u00eent\u00e2i, mai exact, prin luna aprilie\u00a0 a anului 1967, \u00een sala nr. 405 a Universit\u0103\u021bii de Stat, la o prelegere de algebr\u0103 a profesorului Belousov, audiat\u0103 de peste 100 de studen\u021bi, s-a deschis inopinat u\u0219a \u0219i a intrat un grup de vizitatori. Pe unii i-am recunoscut \u2013 erau profesori de la facultatea noastr\u0103, iar pe al\u021bii \u00eei vedeam pentru prima dat\u0103. Printre ei se afla \u0219i un domn cu o prestan\u021b\u0103 aparte, la vederea c\u0103ruia fa\u021ba profesorului Belousov s-a luminat \u00eentr-un z\u00e2mbet larg. S-au gr\u0103bit unul \u00een \u00eent\u00e2mpinarea celuilalt, ca s\u0103 confirme printr-o \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219are bucuria lor sincer\u0103 de a se \u00eent\u00e2lni. Bine\u00een\u021beles, aceast\u0103 scen\u0103 decupat\u0103 parc\u0103 dintr-un film, i-a surprins pe to\u021bi studen\u021bii din sal\u0103. Profesorul Belousov s-a gr\u0103bit s\u0103 ne informeze c\u0103 \u00eel avem \u00een fa\u021ba noastr\u0103 pe celebrul matematician rom\u00e2n Grigore Moisil. Sincer vorbind, pe atunci noi nu \u0219tiam nimic despre acest mare savant. Dup\u0103 un schimb de salut\u0103ri cu oaspetele de peste Prut, profesorul Belousov a subliniat c\u0103 nu-\u0219i poate permite s\u0103 expun\u0103 materialul \u00een prezen\u021ba unui matematician de un asemenea calibru \u0219i c\u0103-i ofer\u0103 tabla pentru a continua lec\u021bia. Grigore Moisil l-a \u00eentrebat calm unde s-a oprit \u0219i a \u00eenceput s\u0103 demonstreze imperturbabil teorema, de parc\u0103 venise special \u00een atare scop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ceea ce a urmat a r\u0103mas o fil\u0103 de neuitat \u00een istoria facult\u0103\u021bii \u2013 un eveniment extraordinar \u0219i o revela\u021bie pentru noi, studen\u021bii de la matematic\u0103, dar \u0219i pentru profesorii care au asistat cu dezmin\u021bit interes la lec\u021bia deschis\u0103, \u021binut\u0103\u00a0 de faimosul Grigore Moisil. Emo\u021biile acelei \u00eent\u00e2lniri str\u0103b\u0103teau \u00eentreaga sal\u0103: ascultam cu aten\u021bie fiece cuv\u00e2nt al savantului, vraja algebrei superioare emanat\u0103 de formul\u0103rile lui ne fascina, iar cuno\u0219tin\u021bele pe care ni le-a demonstrat ne-au l\u0103sat f\u0103r\u0103 grai. Dar ne-am \u0219i relaxat, totodat\u0103, c\u0103ci au urmat glumele matematice, ce se potriveau de minune cu tema abordat\u0103. Una din ele viza demonstrarea afirma\u021biilor prin analogie, subiect inserat \u00een expunerea materialului. Grigore Moisil ne-a avertizat c\u0103 aici se cere maxim\u0103 aten\u021bie, pentru c\u0103 putem u\u0219or da \u00een bar\u0103 cu aceste afirma\u021bii. \u0218i ca s\u0103 fie explicit, ne-a adus urm\u0103torul exemplu. \u201eV\u0103 pot demonstra, a zis savantul, c\u0103 crocodilul de la cap p\u00e2n\u0103 la coad\u0103 are cinci metri, iar de la coad\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la cap \u2013 patru metri, Prin analogia: de luni p\u00e2n\u0103 vineri sunt cinci zile, iar de vineri p\u00e2n\u0103 luni \u2013 patru zile\u201d. Care dintre ace\u0219tia \u0219i prin ce v-au marcat pe parcursul anilor de studen\u021bie?<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Practic, atunci to\u021bi profesorii, care ne-au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat erau pedagogi de la Dumnezeu nu numai prin iscusin\u021ba \u0219i m\u0103iestria de a preda cursul \u021binut, dar \u0219i prin cuno\u0219tin\u021bele lor profunde a materiei predate. Printre ei se eviden\u021biau profesorii Mihail Barcari, Valentin Belousov, Alexandru Stahi, Boris \u0218cerbacov \u0219i mul\u021bi al\u021bii. Academicianul Constantin Sibirschi nu mi-a predat nimic, dar am avut onoarea s\u0103 scriu sub conducerea lui lucrarea de diplom\u0103 (azi cred c\u0103 o \u00eentrune\u0219te pe cea de licen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i masterat). Mai t\u00e2rziu studiind biografia lui Niels Henrik Abel (1802-1829), unul din marii matematicieni ai secolului XIX, m-am\u00a0 convins, lucr\u00e2nd sub conducerea academicianului Constantin Sibirschi,\u00a0 de sentin\u021bele acestui mare savant norvegian \u201eDac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 \u00eensu\u0219e\u0219ti ceva, trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021bi de la meseria\u0219i, \u0219i nu de la calfe\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pasiunea pentru domeniul\u00a0profesat\u00a0adaug\u0103 valoare preg\u0103tirii profesionale. De unde vine pasiunea Dumneavoastr\u0103 pentru\u00a0matematic\u0103\u00a0?<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cen anul 1966 am terminat \u0219coala din or. C\u0103l\u0103ra\u0219i, fiind calificat printre cei mai buni elevi. Printre obiectele mele preferate au fost literatura, istoria, matematica \u0219i, \u00eentr-o anumit\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103, fizica: citeam mult \u0219i \u00eemi pl\u0103cea s\u0103 rezolv probleme de tot felul. Brusc am \u00een\u021beles c\u0103, de\u0219i absolvisem \u0219coala, nu \u0219tiam ce drum s\u0103-mi aleg \u00een via\u021b\u0103. \u00cen vizorul meu alternau jurnalismul \u0219i facultatea de drept, nicidecum matematica. P\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103 gra\u021bie sfatului unui unchi de-al meu, care absolvise facultatea la matematic\u0103 a Universit\u0103\u021bii de Stat din Chi\u0219in\u0103u (azi USM) mi-a recomandat s\u0103 merg la Universitatea men\u021bionat\u0103 la matematic\u0103. Aceast\u0103 decizie a fost luat\u0103 de Dumnealui dup\u0103 ce mi-a dat o lucrare de control la matematic\u0103 din tot cursul \u0219colii medii, pe care am \u00eendeplinit-o f\u0103r\u0103 nici o carte sau alte surse de inspira\u021bie. \u0218tiind pasiunea mea fa\u021b\u0103 de literatur\u0103, mi-a relatat c\u0103 f\u0103c\u00e2nd matematic\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna voi putea face \u0219i literatur\u0103 dac\u0103 voi dori. Dar dup\u0103 ce am intrat la Universitate la matematic\u0103 am fost captivat completamente de aceast\u0103 regin\u0103 a \u00een\u021belepciunii umane, l\u0103s\u00e2nd mai pu\u021bin timp celorlalte pasiuni complimentare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0V\u0103 mai aduce\u021bi aminte de ce a\u021bi ales USM \u0219i c\u00e2t de u\u0219or a fost s\u0103 fi\u021bi admis la studii?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cum am ales USM am relatat \u00een p.5. \u00cens\u0103 examenele de admitere la USM au fost foarte serioase. Se spunea c\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 1966, c\u00e2nd am absolvit \u0219coala medie a\u0219a concurs la matematic\u0103 nu a mai fost niciodat\u0103. Cum a\u021bi reu\u0219it s\u0103 \u00eembina\u021bi studiile \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103 bucura\u021bi de tinere\u021be?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cembin\u00e2nd lucrul administrativ (30 de ani am fost \u00een administra\u021bia IMI \u201eVladimir Andrunachievici\u201d) cu lucrul \u0219tiin\u021bific am reu\u0219it \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cei 10 elevi ai mei, doctori \u00een \u0219tiin\u021b\u0103, s\u0103 ob\u021binem unele rezultate \u00een domeniul ecua\u021biilor diferen\u021biale, teoriei invarian\u021bilor, func\u021biilor generatoare \u0219i seriilor Hilbert, algebrelor Lie, teoriei orbitelor \u0219i stabilit\u0103\u021bii mi\u0219c\u0103rii neperturbate dup\u0103 Lyapunov, ce au primit o bun\u0103 apreciere a comunit\u0103\u021bii \u0219tiin\u021bifice. Printre aceste rezultate poate fi men\u021bionat\u0103 rezolvarea algebric\u0103 a Problemei Centrului \u0219i a Focarului, formulat\u0103 cu peste 130 de ani \u00een urm\u0103 de Marele matematician francez Henri Poincare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Studen\u021bii\/absolven\u021bii sunt barometrul performan\u021belor USM. Ce impresii ave\u0163i despre Alma Mater \u00een prezent?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 USM este unul din pilonii principali \u00een preg\u0103tirea cadrelor didactice \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021bifice din Republica Moldova. \u00cens\u0103 ultimii aproape 30 de ani de incertitudine din \u021bara noastr\u0103 au f\u0103cut c\u0103 tot \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul superior din Republica Moldova s\u0103 piard\u0103 \u00een calitate. Cei mai buni elevi ai liceelor \u0219i absolven\u021bi ai universit\u0103\u021bilor prefer\u0103 s\u0103 p\u0103r\u0103seasc\u0103 \u021bara pentru a\u0219i solu\u021biona problemele vitale undeva peste hotare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a09.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00cen timpul de fa\u021b\u0103, sistemul educa\u021bional din \u021bar\u0103 urmeaz\u0103 un anume model care este concentrat doar pe dezvoltarea de competen\u021be. La ce s\u0103 apeleze tinerii pentru a g\u0103si un echilibru \u00eentre presiunea de a deveni un specialist necesar pe pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i pasiunea pentru un anume domeniu, chiar dac\u0103 e mai pu\u021bin c\u0103utat, solicitat?<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"RO\" xml:lang=\"RO\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Iar acum vreau s\u0103 m\u0103 refer la cea mai important\u0103 concluzie, la care am ajuns \u00een activitatea mea de munc\u0103. Eu am crezut tot timpul \u00een numere \u0219i formule, \u00een ecua\u021bii \u0219i logic\u0103, \u00een bunul sim\u021b.\u00a0 Dar tr\u0103ind o bun\u0103 parte din via\u021b\u0103, c\u00e2t n-ar fi de straniu, a\u0219a \u0219i n-am \u00een\u021beles ce-i aceea logic\u0103 \u0219i ce este bunul sim\u021b \u00eentr-o societate cu multe cunoscute \u0219i necunoscute, aflat\u0103 \u00een tranzi\u021bie de aproape trei decenii. Am parcurs o cale lung\u0103 \u00een cercetarea ecua\u021biilor diferen\u021biale, teoriei invarian\u021bilor, algebrelor Lie \u0219i algebrelor graduate, func\u021biilor generatoare \u0219i seriilor Hilbert, teoriei orbitelor. Am fost cople\u0219it de iluzii, apoi de la acestea am revenit la realitate. Astfel, am f\u0103cut descoperirea vie\u021bii mele: toate cele scrise mai sus de mine \u021bin de taina \u0219i misterul matematicii, de dragostea fa\u021b\u0103 de acest domeniu extraordinar. Aceast\u0103 pasiune mi-a dat puteri chiar atunci c\u00e2nd ele m-au p\u0103r\u0103sit. Acum sunt nevoit s\u0103 respect dieta g\u00e2ndirii. De aceea m\u0103 adresez c\u0103tre to\u021bi, \u00een special c\u0103tre tineri: totul ce face\u021bi, s-o face\u021bi din dragoste.
